QUILLED AND BEADED PIPE BAG, MUSEUM REPLICA QUALITY

An extraordinary display of quill work that is rarely done anymore, this pipe bag is a wonderful reproduction of one of the oldest ways of decorating these sacred possesions.

Brightly dyed quills in red, yellow, and purple, are worked into traditional native american symbols. A large buffalo skull is proudly displayed in the front with geometical designs under it.

Beautiful bead work is done on both sides of the front of this bag, in red and sky blue seed beads. The back of the bag is plain leather.

This pipe bag is made of hand tanned smoked hide. The back of the bag is plain leather.

It measures 16" long with 17" of twisted fringe at the bottom. It is 8" wide. At the top are 2 tabs with tin cones and red dyed horsehair.

This is a new bag that's never been used. A unique addition to any Plains Indian Collection. Non Indian made
