This Apsaalooke (Crow) couple was hand-made by Mary Lou Big Day, an award winning bead worker and doll maker. The man has a feather war bonnet and carries a shield. He has a white beaded buckskin shirt with black horse hair. He is wearing a red wool beaded breach cloth. He has a choker made out of miniature bones, red and brass beads with leather spacers.
The woman is wearing a white beaded buckskin dress, with a leather belt with a leather drop with silver conchos. Her choker is made of small bones, red, yellow and blue beads with leather spacers. She has a beaded headband with blue and red beads. Her beaded hair ties have the same design as her beaded leggings. She has a miniature elk tooth necklace with blue and red beads. She has beaded leggings and white buckskin moccasins. She is carrying a painted rawhide purse with red trim.
