This Garryowen souvenir cap displays a sword in a fist in remembrance of the cavalry that fought with Custer. "Garryowen" was a catchy Irish drinking song that Custer made into a theme song for himself and his troops. During the wars since that time, the Seventh Cavalry of the United States Army often established camps that were called "Garryowen". The cap is navy with green trim. The embroidery on the front of the cap is white and green. The adjustable strap on the back has velcro closures.
