Ric Gendron from Spokane, Washinton, has been a professionl artist for over 35 years focussing on acrylic painting but is aslo an accomplished printmaker. He is known for his vibrant acrylic paintings with a mixture of traditional images and his pieces that feature ravens and crows. He got his Associates degree in fine art from Spokane Falls Community College. Then he earned a degree in painting from Cornish College of the Arts. He has shown his art throughout the United States, from Seattle to Phoenix. Santa Fe to Washinton, DC and many places in between. He has done several shows including, The Missoula Art Museum (MAM) Missoula, MT, The Museum of Contemporary Native Arts (MOCNA) Santa Fe, NM, and the Jundt Museum at Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA. He has participated in The Santa Fe Indain Market for over twenty years.
